OUR EXCLUSIVE: "OPEN FLAME PROTECTION": Commercial Bedding offers an Open Flame Protection, "Fire Barrier" safety sleep system. This is a feature other manufacturers do not, or can not currently provide. You and your guests deserve a real element of protection, insurance, from the reality of fire related injuries. This is a feature that did not exist within the Hospitality Industry prior to our development of the "Fire Barrier" Mattress. The current Federal Standard (ff4-72 as amended) is merely a simple and inconclusive cigarette burn test. This standard test is offered by the "Consumer Products Safety Commission", designed as an assurance of protection from fire related injuries. This is a poor and even misleading test. This Test offers very little actual deterrence or remedy for fire related injuries. The "Flame Barrier" Mattress System, developed by Commercial Bedding, has been open flame test to meet California bulletin #129.

SYSTEM COMPONENTS: A "Sleep System" is comprised of two different elements, a mattress and a box spring; both these elements work together to form the "Sleep System". Our assortment of products offer a wide range of available Sleep Systems all designed to meet the varying needs of our customer base. Also, each system is designed to adapt to the varying levels of intended performance; intended use, different feels, durability and budget considerations. Our systems are consistently manufactured to client specification. We recognize that the internal components and methods of manufacturing are critical to the performance of the finished "Sleep System". Therefore, the Quality Control Standards at Commercial Bedding demand that; we use only the finest of available raw materials. We are not a National "Brand Name". Nevertheless, our raw material suppliers are the same. The benefit to you is simple; You don't pay the Big Price. Our Suppliers include Leggett & Platt, Allied and Flexible Foam, Blumenthal Mills, Soltex, Deslee & Burlington Industries, plus many more too many to mention.

Product integrity plays a major role in maintaining a consistent level of performance and durability. Commercial Bedding is geared to build products to your exacting specifications. We use quality components insuring the performance and durability of the "Sleep System" We regularly bid and build products for Hotels, Motels, Inns and Resorts… Universities, Health Care Facilities, Cruise Ships and other Hospitality related institutions…. We also manufacture for an established network of Retail Stores under our "Body Rest" label. We offer mattress and box spring designs that are either "Pro-Active" or Re-Active. We offer multiple combinations that include mattress units constructed of Inner-spring (tempered coil steel), Strada Foam (Layered Foam constructions) or Latex Foam cores. These (Mattress) units are all finished in a variety of styles; constructed as traditionally quilted units, Single or Double Pillow Tops and even No-Flip Systems. The mattress units are also married to a variety of support units (Box Springs), they include; torsion units, 81 coil units, coil-torsion-coil and custom designs units that offer a coil on coil option.
